L.E.O. — Community Pledge

Our mission

We pledge to connect people of all ages through shared storytelling and collaborative play. L.E.O. exists to make meaningful group experiences possible online, offline, and in hybrid sessions.

Inclusion across ages and contexts

We design L.E.O. so groups can play together whether everyone is at the same table or distributed across distance. We believe great sessions should continue even when schedules, mobility, or available devices change.

With or without devices

Our tools support digital collaboration without replacing human connection. L.E.O. is built to assist tabletop play, not dominate it: people can engage through voice, paper notes, maps, and imagination with technology as support where useful.

Creativity and team play

We commit to features that encourage co-creation, communication, and shared decision-making. We prioritize mechanics that help groups brainstorm, solve problems together, and build stories that belong to everyone at the table.

Community wellbeing

We believe social play strengthens belonging and resilience. Our goal is to help families, friends, clubs, schools, and local communities create consistent spaces for cooperation, expression, and mutual support.

Our ongoing responsibility

We will keep improving accessibility, clarity, and safety in our products and communication. We welcome feedback from players, organizers, educators, and community leaders to keep this pledge practical and accountable.
